Exciting new project for the Isle of Wight College
The first phase of the re-building of The Isle of Wight College will be the Sixth Form Centre which will be completed by August 2010. The first cohort of A Level students will commence September 2010.
The rest of the college redevelopment will be phased across the next two years, followed by some landscaping and external works and will be completed by Spring 2012.
All buildings will have excellent sustainability aspects as measured under BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environment Assessment Method), making the buildings as environmentally friendly as possible.
The video below features an artistic impression of the new build.
