The Isle of Wight College offers an exciting opportunity to enter the world of the fast moving catering industry.

There is a formal introduction to food preparation and service, and food hygiene, whilst students are based at The College working in our busy modern restaurant.

Busy environments require flexible people with good communication, leadership and management skills. For work experience there are many outside functions and events during the year such as: Ascot Racing and Chelsea Flower Show and various events around the Island including weddings.
