Graphic Designers produce visual solutions to the communication needs of clients, using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness. Designers need to be creative and imaginative, be problem solvers and practical, be skilled with computers, have excellent communication skills and be innovative and free thinking. Opportunities are excellent - move into related fields such as marketing, graphics, illustration, 3-dimensional design, website design, multimedia or animation.
