Apprenticeships can help you get the skills and qualifications that are needed in the industry of your choice. Typically your apprenticeship will take between one and four years depending on your chosen vocational area.
Our NVQ assessors will visit you in your place of work. They will help you through your NVQ from start to finish, ensuring that you have all the skills needed to complete the work.
As an Apprentice you will also be able to enjoy student life at The Isle of Wight College, all our apprentices attend day release at College and receive tutor support to work towards their Technical Certificate, and Key Skills/Functional Skills qualifications.
You will have regular meetings with our Curriculum Support Officer throughout your programme to review targets and ensure you are on track.
